Return Policy
All returns or exchange request must be made within 30 days. You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to us. Any returns without a RMA number will be refused. Contact us for a return number RMA before sending the item back. All refunds will be reflected on customer accounts only once the item is received. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns and shipment mistakes also require a RMA number.
